Considering this is the first time I've attempted a kit that includes the chassis I don't think it's going too badly! It currently looks like this...
Although a little more work has been done on the power bogie since the photo above:
Unfortunately I need a couple of replacement brushes from Alan Gibson as I filed them down a bit too much when trying to work out how the coupling rods fitted in. Means I'll have to go back to working on the body! Quite impressed that the wheels are pretty free-flowing though, fingers crossed for when the rest of the mechanism goes on!
